Mai Tai

Rum, lime, house-made orgeat, orange-coffee cordial pineapple bitters.
Garnish: orgeat crisp and fresh mint.

Pisco, raspberry cordial, St-Germain, lemon, egg white or aquafaba.
Garnish: hibiscus dust and edible flowers.

Hennessy, St-Germain, mint-cacao cordial, crème de cacao, spicy mole bitters.
